Our six warehouses in the Freight Village (GVZ) Bremen rise impressively. In the immediate vicinity of the A1 and A28 motorways as well as the Neustädter Hafen, our L.I.T. Lager und Logistik GmbH offers our customers numerous Value Added Services across approximately 160,000 square meters.
AutoStore as a Highlight
Currently, approximately 50 commercial and 350 industrial employees at our GVZ Bremen location are involved in storage, order-related picking, packaging, labeling, goods receipt and dispatch, shipping via freight forwarder and parcel service, as well as many other services.
The heart of our location is undoubtedly the AutoStore with a gross capacity of over 44,000 bins. Thanks to the automated storage system, every item finds the right place in the shortest possible time. Our digital and innovative processes ensure reliable handling of goods.
To continue to fully meet the requirements of our customers, we are constantly expanding our location. One of two warehouses currently under construction will be completed in the first quarter of 2024. This will increase the logistics area by 20,000 square meters. The second new building will be constructed outside the GVZ in the north of the Diepholz district and also comprises an area of 20,000 square meters.
