Brake, April 20, 2026 – L.I.T. AG has once again been awarded the »TOP Training 2026« seal for its outstanding training quality. The certification was issued by the Oldenburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK) and confirms the high quality and systematic further development of training within the L.I.T. Group.

As part of a full-day on-site audit, L.I.T.'s training program was comprehensively examined. In addition to the presentation of the training structures, the auditors gained insights into central processes and digital tools. The evaluation was supplemented by a company tour at the Brake location and separate group discussions with trainers and apprentices. The particular focus was on whether the defined structures are consistently implemented in daily work.

The certification is based on an extensive IHK catalog of criteria with around 50 individual criteria. The training was evaluated along the entire development chain: from recruiting and the start of training, through organization and implementation, to examination, completion, and personnel development.

The audit confirms a structured and individually managed training program with high importance within the company. Particularly highlighted were the clear systematic approach in organization, the high motivation and identification of the trainers, and the consistent integration of apprentices into daily training life.

Currently, the L.I.T. Group trains approximately 103 apprentices nationwide, about 32 of whom are at the main location in Brake. The training offer includes in particular the professions of Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerks, Office Management Clerks, IT Specialists, as well as Warehouse Logistics Specialists and Professional Drivers.

»This is primarily thanks to many colleagues who fill training with life every day.«

In recent years, the L.I.T. Group has specifically further developed its training structures. A particular focus was on the structuring and digital support of training processes. Examples include the use of its own training tool for managing deployment plans, learning objectives, and feedback processes, as well as supplementary digital solutions in exam preparation. At the same time, personal support by trainers and training officers remains a central component of the training.

»It was important for us to see if what we had planned really works in everyday life. Exactly that was confirmed in the audit. This is primarily thanks to many colleagues who fill training with life every day,« explains Julian Derst, Head of Training and Professional Development of the L.I.T. Group.

And Melanie Kalla, HR Specialist for Training, adds: »Good training is created by us through clear structures and close support. Our trainers are always close by, support the apprentices wherever they can, and are available to them.«

The L.I.T. Group is increasingly focusing on the development of junior staff beyond training and is further expanding its personnel development offerings. A component of this is a trainee program that enables both internal talents and external applicants a structured entry into further roles. With the successful certification, the L.I.T. Group underlines its position as an attractive training company and will continue to invest specifically in the qualification and development of its employees in the future.
