L.I.T. RECEIVES IHK »TOP TRAINING« QUALITY SEAL: »Entering the logistics industry is not very attractive for many young professionals. The IHK quality seal confirms that our training is of very high quality.«

In addition to Head of Training Astrid Jonat and Managing Director Simeon Breuer, trainee Geke Bischoff and vocational driver trainer Carsten Harms are also delighted about the award from the IHK Oldenburg

The L.I.T. Group is among the best training companies in the Oldenburger Land region. This was confirmed by the IHK Oldenburg, which awarded us the »Top Training« quality seal in mid-December. The certificate attests to excellent training quality in companies. For many years, the young talent program has held a high priority for us. Therefore, we have already been recognized multiple times for our high training quality.

Head of Training, L.I.T. Group

»Entering the logistics industry is not very attractive for many young professionals. The IHK quality seal confirms that our training is of very high quality,« says our Head of Training Astrid Jonat. To receive the award, we first assessed our training program ourselves. Seven areas were examined: career orientation, start of training, training plan, learning objectives, training personnel, cooperation with vocational schools and partners including participation in IHK examination committees, and personnel development. Subsequently, a three-member team from the IHK Oldenburg conducted an on-site quality audit. For this purpose, they spoke with all involved parties (trainers, training officers, and trainees, quality management, and personnel development).

We scored particularly well due to the individual and intensive support for young professionals, which includes comprehensive onboarding and regular feedback discussions. To optimally prepare young talent for work in a logistics company, we also train them on company-specific and industry-specific topics. In addition, we offer aspiring specialists the opportunity to gain professional experience through internships abroad. »At the end of the training, we develop a plan for the future with each trainee. For those with open questions, all doors are always open to them here,« says Jonat. In addition, each newcomer is assigned a mentor from the year above them at the beginning, who supports them with advice and practical help. A special highlight is also the trainee truck. The truck is independently managed and driven by the trainees. Currently, 75 young professionals are completing their apprenticeship with us.

Already in May of this year, VerkehrsRundschau recognized us as the second-best training company in the logistics industry. »The fact that we have now been awarded again is a great appreciation for our training program,« says Jonat.
