for overarching project management

L.I.T. Solutions GmbH functions as a further development of the Business Engineering department

The in-house L.I.T. Solutions GmbH has been established. The objective of the new company is to lend even greater professionalism to our own projects through highly efficient management, in order to meet the increased market demands even more effectively. The cross-industry team supports colleagues throughout the entire project process – from calculation to implementation. Klaas Lange has been appointed as the Managing Director of L.I.T. Solutions GmbH. Furthermore, powers of attorney have been granted to the Senior Project Managers Maria Koczy and Sebastian Luks.

“The demands regarding the scope and complexity of projects have continuously increased in recent years. With L.I.T. Solutions GmbH, we ensure even more professional and comprehensive support for our customers across all industries throughout the entire project,” says Simeon Breuer, our Board Member and Managing Director of L.I.T. Speditions GmbH. The newly founded Solutions GmbH, with its current eight employees, emerged from the successful Business Engineering department of L.I.T. Speditions GmbH and functions as an interface to all involved stakeholders.

Complete Project Management from a Single Source

This independent unit within our group of companies becomes active when a project inquiry proves to be extremely extensive or complex and cannot be directly integrated into the structure of an existing line organization. The expert team of Solutions GmbH then takes over the entire project management, from conception to customer support after launch. Klaas Lange, Managing Director of Solutions, says: “One of the decisive advantages for the customer is that a contact person is always available. The team is in regular exchange with a Project Owner in the respective operational unit of L.I.T.”

With the new business unit, cross-industry projects can now be realized. The team manages Transport Logistics projects as well as inquiries for intralogistics and can thus represent services along the entire value chain – from the development of a traileryard to Contract Logistics for a confectionery manufacturer. “We offer highly efficient project management from a single source, with which we can meet the individual requirements of our customers even more precisely,” assures Lange.
