L.I.T. Speditions GmbH acquires parts of van Eupen Logistik's transport business and strengthens its position in beverage logistics.

Strategic expansion in the transport sector: L.I.T. Speditions GmbH has acquired parts of the transport business of the medium-sized logistics service provider van Eupen Logistik GmbH & Co. KG, based in Essen and Dorsten, as of May 1, 2025. With this step, the L.I.T. Group significantly expands its presence in the beverage logistics segment and simultaneously extends its operational service portfolio to include specialized equipment and an established customer network.
van Eupen Logistik GmbH & Co.KG possesses decades of experience in beverage logistics and enjoys an excellent reputation in the industry. Its customer base includes renowned beverage manufacturers – among them also companies for which L.I.T. Speditions GmbH already acts as a logistics service provider. In the course of the acquisition, existing customer relationships will be continued and further developed. At the same time, new opportunities arise for attracting additional clients from the beverage industry.

In addition to expanding its customer base, the L.I.T. Group is also growing its personnel: 120 qualified and dedicated employees are now strengthening the teams at various locations. Furthermore, the company group's fleet will be expanded by 85 tractor units and 110 specialized trailers, thereby contributing to the strengthening of operational efficiency.
The asset acquisition is in line with the strategic orientation of the L.I.T. Group to offer existing and potential clients a wide range of logistics services from a single source and to enable them to receive more than just pure transport services along the entire supply chain.
