A vital pillar at L.I.T. from the very beginning.
Company loyalty is no longer a given in today's world. It is all the more gratifying for us when employees can be retained for decades. As in the case of Mark Bruns. The Oldenburg native recently celebrated his 20th anniversary with us. He is responsible, under corporate law, for all companies directly belonging to the L.I.T. Group, as well as other companies. And not only that: coinciding with the anniversary, our Executive Board also granted him general power of attorney for L.I.T. AG, with responsibilities in equity controlling as well as contract and insurance management.

As a trained retail merchant and a business administration graduate specializing in controlling and business informatics, Mark Bruns began his career with us in 2002 as a Controller. Already in his first years, the Oldenburg native was appointed as an authorized signatory for L.I.T. Lager und Logistik GmbH. In 2010, Bruns moved to L.I.T. AG in Brake and took over the tasks of controlling and contract management for the entire group. In 2019, he was already granted general power of attorney for L.I.T. Service & Administration GmbH. Now, the 52-year-old has received general power of attorney for L.I.T. AG. "We value Mark Bruns not only for his high level of professional competence but also for his numerous personal strengths. We are pleased to be able to entrust him with additional responsibility through this power of attorney," says Fels.
The 52-year-old Bruns primarily uses his free time for relaxation. When he is not looking after his dog, he enjoys immersing himself in one book or another.
